3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent. The counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief in the mistake, and your contact information.
