1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Neelaxmi (this website and the associated app at classupdates.netlify.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of the service

Neelaxmi is an educational reading tool that displays NCERT textbook chapters and highlights previous-year exam questions (PYQs) on the lines or diagrams they relate to, with an interactive quiz feature for practice. It is built for students preparing for NEET UG and JEE Main.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts the service for other users
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute the platform's PYQ mappings or quiz content in bulk
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its database, or other users' accounts
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

4. Content & intellectual property

NCERT textbook content displayed within the reader belongs to NCERT and its original publishers; Neelaxmi does not claim ownership of it. Previous-year questions are compiled from publicly available past examination papers. The specific mapping of questions to textbook lines, the reader interface, the quiz system, and all Neelaxmi branding are the property of Team Saksen / NEELAXMI THE UNION and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

5. Educational disclaimer

Neelaxmi is a study aid, not a guarantee of exam results. While we take care to map questions accurately, we do not warrant that the platform's PYQ coverage is complete or error-free, and we are not responsible for exam outcomes. Always cross-check high-stakes preparation against official NCERT material and your coaching or school resources.

6. Advertising

This site may display advertising served by Google AdSense to help support free access to the platform. Ads are served by Google and its partners and are subject to Google's own advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Limitation of liability

Neelaxmi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Saksen / NEELAXMI THE UNION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

8. Third-party links

Neelaxmi links to third-party services including Telegram and Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service you access through these links.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice, at our discretion.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Neelaxmi will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

11. Referral program

Every account has a personal referral code. When a student you referred buys a subscription and that payment is approved, you earn 30 coins (1 coin = ₹1). Rewards are given once per referred student, on their first approved purchase; sign-up or review alone earns nothing. Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts are not eligible, and rewards may be reversed if a payment is revoked. Coins can be withdrawn to a UPI ID once your balance reaches 200 coins. Neelaxmi may approve, reject, adjust or withdraw any reward or withdrawal request, and its decision is final.
